this npc is to represent any soldier(s), jedi, mandalorian, sith, other... that is not force sensitive, but still a member of any party

revision:
this only applies to mandalorian, and high ranking military personal, such as generals and commanders. also, special forces are under this catagory

Reason: the general sort of peons you'd expect to be controlled by this NPC would be momre like the kind of thing you'd put in your own post. Redshirts, etc., and an NPC seemed extraneous.

Personality: Crual and unforgiving, Grand Moff Happ uses his influence only to the end of furthering the Empire's goals. Having reached the highest position in the galaxy short of being the Emperor himself, Grand Moff Happ has little personal ambition, doing all he can for the Empire. He is knows for his almost contradictory impatience and perfectionism.
Physical Description: Sea-green skin and orange eyes, Grand Moff happ is surprisingly young-looking and spry for a middle-aged Duros.
