(OOC: Gonna go from a different point of view for a effect)
Caylen was frightened, he knew Captain Ganger was a bad man and got angry easily but today he was more angry than usual. Caylen was an eight year old Twi'lek boy who lived with his mother in the newly formed imperial colony on Wayland. An unemployed single mother, he knew she had no choice but to come and work here, but it was far worse than they expected. Captain Ganger was nice to them at first, but after a while he only talked to his mother and then would push Caylen out of the room while they "talked". That's what his mother always said, but the captain would always leave the room with his mother in torn clothes and in tears. He worked them hard in the mines along with everyone else. Captain Ganger always spent his time with the scientist yelling "What do you mean you haven't found it yet?!" Caylen wished he knew what was going on.
Up until 2 weeks ago, men in black armor came down and raided the colony and Ganger took a few people and fled to the ruins of the old emperor's armory. Caylen fell in the group of "the few people" and his mother didn't. The captain said the men in black armor followed him here because he had something they wanted, but he wasn't going to let them have it. Caylen could only think of his mother and wonder if she was hurt or not.
"There're here!" someone yelled. Ganger grabbed Caylen's Head tail and pulled him in front of him with a pistol pointed to his head. "Ow, your hurting me!" "I don't give a frack kid! Your gonna get me out of this." Ganger's men started taking positions, hiding behind crates and in the balcony. They were hidden in a storehouse, Ganger had 20 men and 10 people from the colony to use as hostages. They all faced toward the big garage door with the guns pointed. Caylen heard Ganger under his breath "There is no way in hell he's going to get me, no way in hell."

(So I am going to ask you listen to this song as you read this post, hopefully it can give a pretty cool effect. www.youtube.com/watch?v=DI2AzsVYvzM Enjoy!) A loud crack rang out. Not from the center door but from a door that no one noticed and was left unguarded near the rear of the loading area. "Frack" As the door fell a small round object flew through and landed in the center of the warehouse. "Flashba-" Before the words were yelled Caylen's vision was filled with a bright white light, his ears rang, and he couldn't feel a thing. Seeing only faint images of black bodies moving and falling in the bright light, and a pain from his tail. Caylen suddenly knew where was again. Ganger was pulling him to the back of the warehouse in a drunk sort of fashion, Caylen knew Ganger was feeling the same oddness. The captain fired a couple of shots Caylen didn't know where they were intended. Caylen was frightened before but now he was terrified. He looked up to see a man take a bolt to the chest and fall down in a horrific scream. The Warehouse was in utter chaos. Men in Imperial armor were shooting at the elusive men in black armor, Caylen almost couldn't tell the difference because of the confusion and the noise, it was so loud he couldn't take it. But Ganger held tight to his tail and pulled him close shooting at shapes and images within the warehouse. From the original 20 guards, it seemed that only three remained and they ran to the back to regroup with Ganger. "Wh-What do we do cap?" "Get them the hell away from me! Get this door open!" A man opened the door with a key and Ganger moved past him as he took a blaster bolt to the chest and flew into the wall. The other two imperials followed closely behind. Ganger ran as fast as he could dragging Caylen with him. "Hurry up you useless sleemo!" They turned a corner and Ganger made the two guards stay at the corner and return fire. "But Cap what about us?" "I don't give a frack! You will stop them!" The two men hesitantly returned to their post to return fire. Again they were running, Ganger was pulling Caylen's tail to where it felt as if it was about to fall out. "Here! In here!" Ganger thrusted him into a dark room and slammed the door shut. The Imperial captain was out of breath and was starting to panic, this affect made its way into Caylen. "Starbuck, fracking Starbuck!" They heard the yelps of pain from the two guards he left behind. "aaaah, uhhmm get over here!" Ganger pulled at his tail again brought him to his chest holding his pistol to Caylen's head. "Hahaha, you, your gonna get me out of this, yes you are, ye-" His voice was cut short by the sounds of footsteps outside. The intense silence was murder. Caylen could feel Ganger's heart pounding harder than ever and could see the sweat on his hand as he gripped the pistol as it shook near his head. The door flung open in a blinding light and a loud crack. A man in the black armor rushed in with his rifle raised. "I'll do it! I'll blow his fracking brains ou-" He was cut short by the gun blast. Caylen shrieked and closed his eyes but then realized he was still alive. The hand on his tail loosened and Caylen saw Captain Ganger, now with a hole in the center of his head, fall to the ground motionless. Caylen stood in silence breathing heavily, he didn't know what to do and was in near shock. The man made his way over to him and checked his clothing. Caylen just stood in horror wanting to cry out. "Well, doesn't look like you were strapped with anything." Other men in black armor moved into the room with their rifles raised. The man who shot Granger took off his helmet and gave Caylen a smile. "There'snothing to worry about kid, your safe now. My name is Nathan, Nathan Fillion."

Jack stood at the edge of mining colony looking out into the forests with his arms crossed. It was over an hour ago that he sent Fillion to the Armory to take out Captain Ganger and his men. His plan was basic, tactical, and fool proof there was no excuse for Fillion not radioing in on his current situation reports. As a soldier on the ground Jack understood that sending reports to higher commanders took the backseat when it came to combat. Even so, Fillion never called in anything and dealt with most of it himself. For a bounty hunter that would have been fine, but Nathan was apart of a working unit and he needed to understand that. When Jack went through Ganger's files after he took over the colony, he found no trace of success in their attempts to bring back the Krytos Virus and dared not hope until he found Ganger himself.
He heard the speeders coming before he saw them emerge out of the tree line. Fillion's task force pulled into a halt a mere foot from Jack's standing. "Well its nice to know where you are from time to time." "Relax Cap, are hopes have been confirmed." Nathan pulled out one of Ganger's guards in cuffs and walked him over to Jack. "This one was left behind by Ganger to cut us off, thankfully this son of a gundark knew when to surrender, go ahead sleemo, tell him what you told me." "We... we never found...an, anything sir. Ganger w-was furious." "Well its a damn good thing he didn't" "CAYLEN?!" Jack turned to see one of the female Twi'leks from the colony come out of her apartment to the speeders assembly. "MOMMY!" Jack turned again to see a little Twi'lek boy jump out of one of the speeders and rush toward the woman who he assumed was his mother. The rest of the colonies populace began to come out of their homes and applaud the reunited mother and son.
Jack was touched but decided against showing sentiment. He turned to the captive on his knees and pulled out his pistol. "Well Mr. uhhmm""Klien...sir" Jack pulled the charging handle back on the pistol. "Fillion how many did we loose in the raid?" "Two sir, Marcus and Brady." "Alright Mr. Klien, it seems I am missing two men so I will give you two choices. You can join us, and make up for the two men you killed or you can stay here and try to survive on your own amongst the people you near drove to their graves, either way its your call." "I...I, I would like to join you...sir, the empire has nothing for me...now." "That's more like it, Fillion go ahead and get this guy processed and trained on the Space murglak." "Roger sir, and what of the colonists?" "They are free to do what they will. They are welcome to join us or stay here to start anew, all we need to do is ask for more supplies, which I'm sure they will be happy to oblige." "Right away sir."
The men dispersed and went to their duties in order to lift off and make their way out of the system to the next colony. Jack pulled out a deathstick and lit it up inhaling. He was becoming fond of the the novelty, he would not have been three years ago but today he was a different man. He had no more dreams of becoming a sith, or high ranking imperial officer. He looked toward the mother hugging her child and smiled, his only concern was for the likes of these.

Jack stood on the bridge of The Space murglak with a cigarra in hand. "Gordon, what do we have on the other colonies?" "Nothing substantial sir." Gordon called from his consol. "Wayland was the last Imperial colony showing any progress in developing any sort of virus, the other colonies on Ossus, and Felucia have shown no scientific advancement from when we received our last report from friendlies in the area." "Thats good..." He breathed in the fumes. "Bring Nathan in here." A few minutes Fillion walked onto the deck. "Sir?" "Nathan have I ever told you about Xeones or Tarkin?" Fillion gave a laugh "Many times sir." "How would you like to meet them?" "Wh-what?" "Our expeditions in the outer rim colonies are starting to pay off, giving us a chance to reconsolidate and reorganize." "Well, umm where are they?" "Have you ever been to Coruscant?" "Once or twice." "We'll start there." "Sir, can we get the Space murglak close enough?" "Unfortunately not, we'll have to find a place in the Mid-Rim to get dropped off and we'll take a transport from there." "We?" "Yea, I'm thinking on travelling light, just you and me, it can give the men a chance to kick back for a bit and do some public relations stuff, yea?""Umm yea, but won't the empire be looking for you, for us?" "For all they know, our colony went out of commission due to technical problems. The only one who really cared about the colony was the botan senator." "Well when do we leave?" Jack turned to Gordon "Gordon set a course for Concord Dawn, maybe we can work on a hearts and minds mission on the farmers while were away. Its scarcely populated so the empire should have no presence there." "Very good sir, setting a course for the Concord Dawn." Fillion left the bridge and Jack returned to his Cigarra talking quietly to himself. "I promised you I'd come back, I promised you all I would."
