Y'know, Lori could really get used to the water. As long as it was not touching her that is. It is a really pretty element, so simple and soft, yet so dangerous as well. Lori could watch it's patters and all the different creatures living in it. As long as, well like she said it wasn't touching her.
She had made it to the planet quicker than she expected, and had made home right away in the crystal like domed world. The whole city was connected by hallways and tunnels, it was so interesting Lori found herself starting to even remember where parts of the city were located. She knew deep down though that she could not stay here forever. It had already taken two years for her to find her target, and get into his establishment without any suspicion. She didn't want to take a chance with her just trying to take the guy out. If he knew her, and even trusted her that would make her job easier.
He was a big man, human and very strong looking. His left eye had a scar over it and she was sure he must have others. He ran a underground fight club called the Tavern of the Birds. It seemed like an ordinary dance club, but if you had VIP access then you could get into the fight club. Betting was usually high and Lori had got herself a gig as a waitress for the VIP guests in the higher booths. Her target, whom has been addressed as "Raven" was always up there, so she was usually close to his person.
Lori looked out the window of her hotel, the water looked calm today, and decided to find out about any interesting news or updates on bounty's. She pulled out her communicator from her bag and placed it on the table next to her and tuned the channels in.
