Nickname(s): Darth Jeluvitas. The name is derived from the latin words gelu and levitas meaning cold and lightning respectively

Homeplanet: none. He drifted through the galaxy for the first part of his life until he became a Sith.
History: Darth jeluvitas was born in a starship in deep space in the unknown regions as his mother was fleeing from the emperors personal dark jedi recruiters which had discovered her son's high midi-chlorian count. After drifting from one planet to the next for a few years, the recruiters caught up to them. While living in the lower levels of Taris, one of the emperor's Dark Jedi came to take him, but instead of simply coming as a Dark Jedi and killing his mother, the Jedi disguised himself as an Echani Jedi. After killing his mother, the Dark Jedi left and returned to "discover" a homeless orphan with a dead mother. By disguising himself as an Echani, it caused him to hate the Echani and the Jedi, and likewise to love the mandalorians who hate the echani also. the Dark Jedi then took him to the imperial city where he began to learn the ways of the Sith.
While at the imperial center he was given the temporary name of apprentice #13 of 15. He was younger than most of the other apprentices, only four years old now, and that caused him to be looked down upon by the others. even so, because of this, he had more determination to succeed. He then trained in the ways of the sith for six years before he was tested by the emperor himself tested the fifteen apprentices. The test involved combat, display of force power and a final loyalty test. Because of his age he placed nearly last in the combat test, and in third for the force display because of his unique talent of temperature affection and force lightning. He created his own mix of the two called frost lightning which saps the heat from someone at the same time as electrocuting them. But then came the loyalty test. In the test, each apprentice was led into a small room with nothing in it except for a table with a vibro dagger on it. Then the emperor's voice would be projected into the room telling them to cut off any limb that they chose. Seven of the apprentices only removed a finger or an ear. Only two of them did anything more: Apprentices #5 and 13. #5 removed his right leg beneath the knee, and 13 removed his left hand. the rest of them failed to remove anything and were immediately killed by #5 and 13. The reason that 13 succeeded over 5 was because 5 hesitated at first, 13 did not hesitate and immediately took off his less valuable hand. The rest of the apprentices were trained to be elite guards for the emperor, while 13 became his apprentice and was given the name Darth Jeluvitas.
Upon passing the test, the Emperor injected steroids into Darth Jeluvitas in increase his body mass, thus giving him more midi-chlorians to draw upon the force with. he also gave him his special light claw to replace his hand and a microchip in his brain to give him further control of the more difficult and finite abilities such as saber deflection. 13 years have passed and now he has learned almost all there is to learn from his master. The only thing that prevents him from killing his master is that he has no interest in the political power, and that doing so would throw the relatively peaceful government into chaos.
Personality: Very cold and to the point. Unlike many eccentric Sith, Darth Jeluvitas is very stoic and not one to expand on his motives. He was trained for a short time, at the emperor's request by the mandalorians, and picked up their concise to the point personalities. Also he hates Jedi and the Echani especially because of his past.
Physical Description: He looks like a normal chiss that was blown up proportionally so that he is taller and bigger than most chiss. he also has a special metal glove on his left hand that contains the lightsaber technology within. the glove is attached to circuits that connect to his brain allowing him to control it without using the force. however, when the glove is removed, i emits a short, but focused energy beam which, using force power, he refracts into a claw shape. the claw is made by a red alchemaically enhanced crystal, similar to the heart of bane.
Initial path: Emperor's apprentice
Possessions: although he technically has access to almost all of the empire's resources, the only things that he actually owns is his several lightsabers, the clothes on his back, and modified black b-wing with complete stealth packages. he has every type of lightsaber he could get his hands on. he owns a double bladed lightsaber that can separate into two single blades, he has a single blades that has a handle that projects the beam at an angle, he owns a light whip, a shield made of lightsaber beams, a small vibro dagger that he keeps hidden on his right wrist, and a modified force pike with a light saber on the tip. the pike is his preferred weapon and has a white center, but a dark grey outline. this effect was very difficult to acheive and was artificially created by synthesizing crystals of red, green, and blue.
lightsaber form: form V, djem so
Powers: Darth Jeluvitas has an affinity for energy and temperature type abilities. he controls his left hand using force energy deflections, and keeps his arm from over heating with this ability. he is also very good at using force lightning because of these talents. however, due to his lack of social skills, he is very poor at using the force alter mind ability. also, he never paid much attention to the telekinesis ability, and lacks control over it. Also he focuses more on his force power than the actual use of his lightsabers, and could be defeated that way by someone who devoted their life to that area. however, he is incredibly good at making it as difficult as possible to fight him at close range by randomly changing the temperature and deflecting his enemies blade at random angles. although this skill is almost useless except to intimidate people, he can change the brightness of his glowing eyes and change the shade slightly.
