Long ago the Sith Citadel was the main stronghold and home of the Sith. As it has remained largely untouched over the centuries, there were many ancient artifacts and texts uncovered within its grand and labyrinthine walls. It is currently one of the most secretive and secured locations within the Empire.
Today, the citadel is a gathering place for masters of the Sith order, of all different specializations, to gather in order to seek greater knowledge and contribute their own. Many who come here seek to create their own new techniques. utilizing the knowledge contained here as well as through seeking the aid and/or counsel of others.
Deep within the heart of the Citadel lies a grand library which, in itself, contains the largest collection of Sith holocrons in the Empire. Those privileged enough to access this archive often use the information here in order to create their own holocrons. Indeed, holocron craft is a technique which is taught almost exclusively within the walls of the citadel.
