Xeones watched the ships go. He and that Captain would meet again. He turned to face the person who he had sensed following him and the captain since they had faced the jedi.

Maximus' ship swung around, bleeding off speed as he brought it in to land in front of the temple. The legs touched stone, and Maximus shut the engines down. He grabbed his blaster rifle and exited the ship. Once outside, he saw little in the way of imperial troops. But he did see one thing: the man in the black armor. He was looking at the captain, who was on a troop transport. Maximus ran towards the ship, but it took off, taking the captain with it. He continued to the other soldier. He stepped in front of him. "I need you to answer some questions," was Maximus' greeting.

Maximus answered the soldier. His suits voice modulator masked his voice, giving it a deep robotic, metallic sound. "No I do not have a place here. What is your name?" He got right to the point. He was a very direct person. But despite this, Maximus had all the patience in the world.

This one was pushy. Maximus had to be careful. He needed the information this soldier had. "What kind of help do you need?"

"Well Im not returning to the Empire, I like this armour. Its pretty much useless though. U look like youve got some skills in this so I want help rebuilding my suit. Also If you have medical aid it would be nice. Not that I need it." As he said this he was bleeding from the head from the thermal grenade he survived earlier. His legs could barely move especialy his right one, it had a nasty gash that went down to the muscle.

Maximus gritted his teeth. This one was a tough sonnuvabitch. He couldnt afford for his home to be discovered. He'd worked too hard to keep his life a secret. But he needed to do what had to be done. "Fine. I can get you medical attention. But first, what is your name?"

"Call me Xeo," He didn't like that this guy wanted him to expose himself. There was no reason. If he wasn't going to be open than neither would Xeones.

"Well then Xeo, this might tickle when you wake up-" in an instant Maximus raised the butt of his blaster up and slammed it into Xeo's temple. The man took a staggered step back and then collapsed face first into the grass. Maximus picked up Xeo and walked back to his ship. He opened the cargo bay and dropped him inside. He bound his wrists and legs together in case he woke up. Not that the bindings would hold him long if he did. He was a trained warrior after all. Once his informant was properly attended to, he left his ship. He walked across the grass and up to the door of the stone temple. He made his way to the door. He unslung his blaster and raised it at the door. With his massive armored boot, he kicked in the door as hard as he could.

Titus stood at the prow of Kantur Set's ship, staring into the blackness of hyperspace. Two feet of glass seperated himself from the infinite void. He was furious. His whole plan on kashyyk had gone wrong. Instead of finding and destroying the jedi, he himself had had to fend off the very forces he was originally intended to lead against them. Damn that Jack Starbuck. In one fell swoop, he and his little friend Xeones, had exposed him to the empire and nearly killed him. Titus swore that he would find them and destroy them. When next they met, he would kill them.

Titus walked into the bridge of Kantur Set's ship, The Corelesc, and saw the wookiee at the controls in the pilot's chair. The wookiee looked at Titus, and in a display of loyalty he crossed his right fist over his chest and bowed his head. "Kantur Set my friend, I need an estimation on our arrival," Titus said. He didint like the fact taht he had to address Set in such a manner. Titus had no friends. But, he had just obtained the wookiee's loyalty, still in its fragile beginnings, so he wanted to keep it building. In time, Set would realize that he was meant to serve Titus as a tool and nothing more. In time. "We will reach our destination by tomorrow's evening, according to the planet's rotational field," Set growled in his rough speech. "If I may ask my lord, why corruscant? What is it you intend to find there?" "You remember the young captain who wounded your leg?" Set bared his fangs with a low growl. "Well he has an old friend there who runs a cantina. Our good friend the captain has asked us to look in on him, to make sure he is well. He has some information we may need." And with that, Titus turned and left the bridge. He smiled to himself. The hutt was in for a little suprise.

The night air was cold and thick with a mist. Because of his thick fur, Kantur Set could not feel it, so he walked unimpeded down the semi crowded streets of corruscant. There was nothing shady about a lone wookiee. Kantur Set rounded a corner. Two soldiers passed him by, both a little drunk. Probably on their way to the nearby army barracks. Set resisted the urge to growl at them. That's one thing that Set had liked about Titus: he didnt work for the empire. Set hated the empire, hated what they had done to his people. That was one thing he appreciated about Titus. He soon realized too, that Titus wasnt loyal to the jedi either, which didnt bother Set at all. As far as he was concerned, the jedi were as much to blame for the war crimes of the eimpire as much as the empire itself. Titus had fooled an entire army to believe that he was a general solely to fulfill a personal gain, one that Set had yet to find out what it was. It didnt matter. In time, he suspected Titus might come to trust him with that knowledge.
