"Didn't think you drank Xeones, but sure I'm in" Jack smiled and turned to the Admiral "Well you know I'm bloody in!"
At this Jack heard the soft ringing notifying the crowd that the trial was about to resume
"That is if we make it alive" Jack and Yularen went back to their dias and waited for the trial to continue.

(Sorry. Been busy with school.)
As the audience quieted down the Judges once more walked through the door and onto their dais. Both the Judge's and Jack's repulsor daises then hovered back into position.
The Grand Admiral then stood to address the court once more, "We have all come to our decisions and will now pass Judgement upon all parties held guilty at this trial. First I will address Captain Jack Starbuck." He looked at Jack in an almost civil way this time, no longer looking angry, but not giving away any other emotion either, "Captain Starbuck, during the recess we received a complete debriefing report from Colonel Jones and most of the crew and officers aboard the vessel. After reviewing all of the evidence we have decided that you took the correct course of action in questioning Colonel Jones' authority at the time. " Thanos paused for a moment befrore continuing, "However, you have been deemed guilty of destruction of, imperial property, unauthorized use of excessive force, and endangering your fellow soldiers. You shall hereby be relieved of your rank and position as leader of the Gloomwalkers. You are to be reassigned as part of a security task force on one of our expansion colonies along the unknown regions. The Gloomwalkers themselves shall be disbanded and all who participated in the riot will be reassigned as well.", he then looked to Yularen, "You Admiral Yularen, for overstepping your authority by aiding Jack Starbuck, will be suspended from active duty for the next four months."

Jack sat down in disbelief. Another failure. He said nothing. Yularen remained standing and bowed it his head "What you say shall be done sir." Their disks went back to their origins and they left without saying a word. On their cab ride back Yularen threw his cover out of speeder. "Not gonna be needin this for a while." "I don't believe it, after all that work. After everything." "The gloomwalkers disbanded." Jack looked up to Yularen "A security task force? What the hell does that even mean?!" "Seeing that its in the unknown regions you'll probably get some action." "What about the walkers? what will happen to them?" "You heard him, they'll be reassigned." The rest of the cab ride was in silence.
Jack got out when they reached the officers barracks and turned to Yularen. "You once said that life was like a mission, that you had to take it step by step. Well this mission hasn't proven any results." "It takes a while to discover the true meanin of life kid." a pause "Jack you will be fine, you will be able to get your status back with some time." Jack turned and walked away without saying farewell to the admiral. He hadn't felt this much pain in while, not since his dismissal at the Sith academy, another failure.

(OOC: So I'm gonna try to put music to this post and see how it works out. listen to www.youtube.com/watch?v=OcxQfCZ_9V8 as you read...slowly) Jack walked along the barracks row with his head low, still in his dress uniform. He didn't want to go back to his room, he couldn't. He wanted to say goodbye to Tarkin and the rest of his men but how? He passed the ball courts then the shipyards, his mind wandered to what he knew of the unknown regions. Hell they were unknown so what could he expect? Before he knew it he was standing outside of the Gloomwalkers head training center where he knew his men would be. Taking a final breath he entered. The first person he saw at the receptionists desk was Dab, who gave him a solid salute, one of the best he's seen. Jack was sure that they had watched the trial and knew of their fate. Jack saluted back as an unknown sign of assurance. He continued to walk through the offices as people came out of their cubicles to see the man who was just disgraced in front of the entire empire. He met their cold stares with an emotionless expression and continued in to the courtyard and then finally to the chow hall. He had never heard such quietness from his men before as they sat at their tables with heads bowed. After a moment Sgt. Fillion realized Jacks presence and stood from his seat, then four more. In a matter of seconds the entire room was full of troops standing and facing their previous commander. He saw many with tears in their eyes or others with expressions as hard as rock, but from what he saw, he knew he had one thing from them. Respect. Finally Sgt. Tarkin made his way down the aisle of standing soldiers to stop a meter away from Jack. After a moment of silence "One hell of a trial." "You could say that" after a pause "All that work we put into this company Tarkin, all of it is going to waist." Tarkin mearly stared at Jack then motioned to the men. "You think this was a waist?" Jack looked onto the finest men he ever knew and swallowed hard. "Guess not." "Sir, you created this unit, together we all fought and died for the good of your empire." "I'm no longer a 'sir' anymore Tarkin. "Hell you aint, but you are still our mentor and friend" He snapped a hard salute as did all 30 men in the room, the clicking of heels together almost took Jack's breath away. after a pause he saluted back. " Any final standing orders...sir?" "Yea" He turned to the troops "Company! At-Ease!" the men relaxed from their salutes but remained standing. "We may have been kicked in the balls right now, but this is no reason for you to become what you are not!" He straightened. "You are soldiers for the empire, you fight for it, you die for it, this is what we do!" "But it is not for the officers or the government officials we die for, its for your families! your children, your wives! for your brothers you are standing next to now." "Let this be a lesson that even though you do the right thing and are punished for it, you karking smile!" Jack heard the defiance in his own voice "For only a Gloomwalker can see the best and the worst things in this galaxy and still have the strength to keep a grin on his face." "Why the hell do you think were called the GloomWalkers?!" everyone laughed at the irony. "Take pleasure in persecution boys, and know that no other soldier will have balls to do what you did, no other soldier will have the courage to do what is tactically sound and morally right! and no other soldier will have the strength to fight for the ideal of a brighter future." People say we have problems, hell we do! the man on your left and on your right is a problem, I'm the problem, were all the kriffing problem!" "You will take what you have learned here, and you will be taunted and ridiculed in your new units, but no matter what your commander says, think before shooting, think before you slaughter an innocent child, think before you rape, think before you plunder, think!" "If anything don't be what they are, be the reason this empire still survives, for it is not the stormtroopers that carry the empire their shoulders, its the kriffing gloomwalkers!" The mean cheered in a unified roar. "You are all the future of this powerful nation, and don't you karking forget it!" With that he continued his way out of the opposite entrance. Tarkin shouted "Stand tall you kriff holes! Your commander is leaving." With that, all the men snapped to attention once more as Jack reached the door he turned around, smiled and whispered "No, you weren't a waist, none of this was." He exited out into coruscant's streets where only his silhouette could be seen in the sunset.
