Skeang took his opening shoving his 3 fingers through the neck, heart, and stomach of the old man. Skeang held him in place for a minute as he spoke. "You let your guard down." "Taking me out doesn't fix much. We had our eyes on you since you killed the last sage of our order." "Sages? Order?" "Haha, you won't get much info out of me but the rest of my group is watching you and we will get you eventually." "Not telling me anything else?" The elder smugly nodded no. Skeang sharpened his gaze at him. "Anyone with weak stomachs shield your eyes." Sarvina stared intently as Skeang pulled his top finger right, his middle finger left, and his bottom finger up, effectively ending the elder. He collected his arm back trying to lighten the mood. "Jade Sarvina that was a real save you two did right there." He reached across the cave and handed the child to Jade. "Ill collect its mother lets get going."

Natalya was sorely disappointed that her attack had not been fatal. She had intended to sever his head from his body with one slash, but in her aggression she had not placed the right amount of weight into the thrust and it had only resulted in a flesh wound. Eventually, he probably would have bled to death, but Skeang took the initiative. She watched apathetically as he was torn apart, blood spattering across her face, and then turned to pick up the child, her expression grim. “It is a he.” Was what she found herself saying as wiped her blade on her pants, putting it in its sheath as she took him. Next thing she knew, she was on the ship and they were taking off. The boy had moved away from her and was crouching next to his unconscious mother, watching her intently. He was not crying.
On the way back to Coruscant, Skeang was true to his word and made a stop at the abandoned freighter. It took a while to find, as it had drifted a significant distance from where they had left it, but in the end it was still in one piece. Natalya took no time in boarding and finding the droid, carrying the metallic carcass onto Skeang’s ship without uttering a single word. Once back on board, she gave a curt nod to Sarvina and then sat in an open corner, staring blankly at the hostages they had taken. This time, she thought, I better get those creds.
