The lepi had stood up. Her hand was held out to the young captain. It was certain that Jack would accept the offer. Things were finally set in motion. Bardok couldnt help but smile, his white fangs glistening in the dim light of the cantina. His blood red eyes gleamed with the anticipation of things to come. Soon...his appetite would be curbed. Soon, vengence would be his. The massive black phantom stood up from his booth and made his way to the door and exited the cantina.

"Fine" Jack breathed "Janto you owe me big time!" he told Janto in Huttse. The Lepi seemed to be more enthusiastic than ever to get out of the cantina, and in all honesty he was two. They walked speechless to the entrance to the base. Jack flashed his I.D. and told the guards that the Lepi was an assistant to his deployment tomorrow. While Lori was getting put through the gate Jack looked back to see a dark hooded figure standing outside the gate. He took no notice to him as soon as Lori got in the gate and they were on their way to the archives. If the creeper wanted in he would have to go through security.

Lori slowed her pace as soon as they entered the base. She looked to see Jack's attention diverted behind them for a moment. Though she didn't bother asking, since he was most likely just being cautious . The walk to the archives wasn't to bad. A few paths and hallways led them to a series of doors. She saw the Captain once more flash his ID to the guards, who saluted after checking it. The door opened slowly, since it seemed to be a bit heavy. Lori looked around the room, seeing the many data disks that held all the knowledge one could search for. "Woah..." Was all she could really say for the impression of the place. Her eyes turned to look at Jack, to see if he had walked off or not.

"Knock yourself out" Jack gestured Lori to the databanks. His holopad was vibrating with a message, even though he wanted to keep an eye on Lori but he had to take it. "I'll catch up with you in a minute." Jack went into the middle of an isolated aisle. "Yes colonel." an image of Colonel Benson appeared on the pad. "Evening Captain, are you rested for your force deployment tomorrow?" "More than I ever will be sir." He lied. "Excellent, thats good to hear. But listen, there has been a change of plans." There was a long enough pause for Jack to raise an eyebrow. "Change of plans sir?" "Yea, intelligence has provided us with the location of a jedi enclave on our home turf of Coruscant, so your platoon of Gloom Walkers as well as the rest of the planetary fleet will be sent there." There was a pause. "Because of the success of your last mission on the Kashyyyk, higher figured you could be the tip of the spear for the invasion." Jack clicked his heels together at attention "Anything for the Empire sir." "Good, glad to hear it, if only there were more men like you in the Army Captain, the Jedi would have met there end a lot sooner." "Thank you sir." "Benson, out". The hologram vanished and Jack held his head low. He didn't sign up for this, he was enlisted the day he failed out of the Sith academy, and the only thing he ever wanted was to go back and finish his training. To go back and regain his "Honor." he whispered it too himself. At the end of every mission he was hoping the council would be there waiting for him to take him back to the academy, but instead he gets promotions and all the more reasons to stay in the Army. He was trapped and it disgusted him. He pulled his head up and regained his situation awareness, and walked out of the aisle to see if Lori had found what she was looking for.

Excitement flared through Bardok. ' A jedi enclave...' he thought to himself. It was better than he could have hoped for. As he listened to the Captain's commanding officer, he couldnt help but smile wide. He sat at a computor monitor, several rows down from the captain. He had managed to aquire a uniform from a soldier returning to the base from a long night of drinking at the local cantina. It wasnt hard to persuade the man, he'd been so drunk he could barely walk. It only took a little...aggresiveness.... Bardok continued to stare at the monitor screen, pretending to research something important.

((yey iPhones)) Lori's finger scanned the edges of the disks on the shelves. There were so many of them she didn't exactly know where to start. She figured she might look for any information on recent mandalorian activity that the empre had recorded, but being a race of bounty hunters they most likely didn't tell or record much activity to someone, let lone the actual empire. She searched for what felt like a few seconds but was actually about the length of ten. Anything that could help tell her about who she was looking for. Finally she had found some activity logs. Was she even aloud to see these? Her eyes glanced over towards the captains direction. He was busy with a hologram. Sounded like with someone of higher importance. Without a second though she quickly opened it to the correct star date from a few days ago. And Lori instantly smiled, she found the information on the group of mandalorians. "Here we are...." Her eyes scanned the page looking for any other information aside from the basic stuff. She really wished and hoped she could find the full location of where that op mission was. Then she knows for sure she would find her man. Lori's eyes brightened. It was marked clasifies but as long as the captain over here didn't know then no harm done right? She heard him click off his holocam and his foot steps grew louder her way. But she now had what she needed and slamed the screen shut. "Alright cap, ready to head out when you are." Lorixlae smirked and headed towards the door, hopefully with him behind her. She passed a few of the computers on her way out noticing another soldier there. She just glared at his back not stopping her walk. Maybe it was just because he was part of the empire, but something about him she just didn't trust.

'That was quick' Jack thought to himself. Lori walked past him toward the door and he followed. She looked toward a soldier at one of the data banks, and stared. He could see why. The man was huge! not to mention a Zabrak, he was a lot larger than an average one. The Lepi quickened her pace, to get out of the library, and Jack followed paying no more attention to the soldier. He led her out of the base and she was on her way. "Thank kriff thats over with." He went back to his quarters, put his weapons away and laid down on his bed. He tried to get some rest for tomorrow's invasion but he couldn't, just like the rest of his men.

Bardok followed the lepi and captain out of the archives. All the way to the front gate, Bardok followed them, keeping a safe distance, weaving occasionally around obstacles, just to throw her off in case one looked back. Just to be safe though, he reached out with the force and touched their consciousnesses. From what he could discern, Lori was completely oblivious to his prescense and not force sensitive. Jack however he was unsure. He treaded extremely carefully around this one. Through the power of the force, he attempted to soothe their minds, trying to reassure them that nothing was wrong, that they were as unknown as every other normal being in the galaxy. He didnt know if his attempt would work, he wasnt particularly good at this aspect of force wielding. For all he knew, he was actually alerting them to his presense. If that was the case, he would have to change his strategy, drastically. He could only do his best to remain subtle and elusive. Completely unknown. Finally Lori reached the main entrance and Jack bid farewell to her, then marched off as she exited the main entrance. Probably going to his quarters. But Bardok knew he could not rule out the possibility that he'd alerted the captain. He made sure he would watch his back now, in case the captain decided to tail him should he have discovered Bardok's presence. When the young man disappeared, Bardok exited the base, and trailed the young lepi from a cautious distance.

Lori didn't feel like anything was wrong. No, in fact she felt oddly calm. Especially for just finding classified information that should would get in trouble for knowing. But that was already past her worry. She's been in worse situations before. She walked along the streets of the city, avoiding people and being bumped by others. It was a bit annoying. Lori pondered for a moment. she may have felt fine, but she always trusted her gut. In every fight and battle she followed it. No matter how crazy. And it was telling her that she was being watched. She looked to her right without turning her head, it was a diverted off street. So she made that sharp turn. Hoping to throw off whatever vibe she was getting. It was getting dark out now, and the place where she had checked out a room for the night was over on the other side of the cantina, which was going to make it a fifteen minute walk now. Lori quickened her pace and turned another corner. maybe she was being paranoid.... but one can never be to carefull. Her hand gripped her bag with a riffle. She really didn't feel like having a fight tonight.

Damnit! Bardok weaved in and out of the crowd. The citizens moved along in a river of bodies, not caring who they hit or got in the way of. Damnit! Bardok could not see the lepi anymore. He couldnt even sense her with the force. He stopped and stared off into the distance. He was furious with himself. How could he be so weak as to let his chance at revenge escape him? This was unexcusable. He could not afford to make such mistakes. They would cost him dearly. He thought about his predicament. Earlier in the library, he'd heard about the captain's new assignment and the jedi enclave. At first Bardok had dismissed the idea of the enclave. Attacking a full force of jedi whose numbers were unkown was nothing more than suicede. But as he followed the lepi, then lost her and began to think to suppress his rage, it began to make more sense. Ideas began formulating in head. He would have to go back to the base, and try to discover the location to the jedi enclave meeting. He might stop by the cantina on the way. Nothing was easier to bribe for information than a drunken soldier. Bardok took a deep breath, completely calm, and turned around and headed back toward the base.

it took Lori a minute, but she had felt that she finally lost whatever feeling it was that was watching her. The chill had worn off and she had got her confidence back up to its usual level. Now that it was dark out only Neon signs and the stars itself had lit her path back to the Cantina. Lorixlae didn't exactly want to head to her room for the night. She planed on charting out and studying the information she obtained from the data logs at the base to find the Mandalorians. Truth be told she knew the man she was looking for. And boy was he going to not like seeing her again. Lori glared at nothing in paticular. Her hand shoved violently into her satchel and pulled out some maps and star charts of Ord Mantel. Her notes came with it, the exact meet-up location for the op mission the Mando's were on. Lori planned to pay them a little visit later. But for now she had to make her plan of action. She pushed the door to the Cantina in and took a seat more towards the back this time, making sure to give a slight cheery wave to Janto. Now to get to work.

It had been about an hour or longer, she couldn't really remember. It wasn't on the top of her priority list at the moment. Her finger dragged across the page of a star map as she scribbled some numbers on the edges of the page. She was calculating the time and distance to get to the destination on the mandalorian group. Which she figured would be a little harder then writing some numbers down. Lori had got a drink a little bit ago, something that gave her a spike of energy. She was growing exhaused, but planned to leave sometime tomorrow. Ord Mantell was all the way into the Mid Rim territory. She hadn't really ever been there, but she deffinitly passed it a few times on some of her missions. Lori leaned back and released a sigh of breath. The bar was noisy as ever and still reaked of smoke. Her ears twitched at the random laughed from corners and tables of groups of people. Sitting up her eyes scanned some of her documents. And especially the notebook where she took down the coordinates to the destrination. "Lets see where you are boys..." she traced along the key markers on the map and finally ended up looking at one of the more well known cities, Worlport. Ord mantell always gave her a bad gut feeling. It was a safe haven of a planet for mercinaries, smuggelers, murderes... you name it they've been there. Lori knew she could take care of herself, she wasn't worried about that. She just couldn't stand all the creepers. But why would the Empire send a group of mando's over there? She honestly didn't really care, as long as she got her infromation from the man she was looking for it would all be good. Lori grabbed her drink and took another sip off it. Her eyes shifted back to the notebook, her finger still on the spot on the map. "There meeting up at the Hotel Grand... reconnesense maybe? This just doesn't add up... The empire gave up the planet years and years ago." Lori messed with the ends of her headband a bit out of habit. She was trying to think of there plan. Fed up with all of it she stood and just quickly folded up her maps and papers, leaveing a few credit chips on the table. Tomorrow she planed to head out to the planet. She was going to accomplish her mission.

Lorixlae had finally gotten out of the Cantina; after giving Janto a friendly wave goodbye, and was already back at the room she had rented for the night. She was exhausted from all the traveling she had been doing, but tomorrow she planned on hitching a ride from a friend over to Ord Mantell. Her friend was a pilot and to her, one of the best. Sighing she tossed her things onto the small table in the corner and didn't even bother changing her clothes before she fell asleep instantly on the bed. Tomorrow was going to be a long day.
----- (next morning) Being up at sunrise was never something Lori favored, in fact she hated it. Lori laughed a little at some of the memories she remembered from her family. She was never a morning person. She walked around the room to gather the few things she actually had, and quickly laced her boots up. Her Riffle was already clean, and even though she knew she was prepared Lori couldn't help the nervous feeling she always harbored. A sigh escaped her and she closed her eyes for a brief moment, some of her white hair falling around her shoulders as she leaned forward. She was more then determined to find information on her brother. She cared about him too much to just forget about him. Standing once more with her satchel and other bag of her gun she turned towards the door in quick strides and left. Paying for the room she exited onto the street. A hand flew above her eyes to block the harsh sudden sunlight. "Oi, alright then... Where was her shop..." Lorixlae glanced around the quieter streets. It was never as busy as it was at night. Though it was still a city. She walked down the sidewalk, avoiding crowds and thinking all the while which spot her friend was at. "Hey!! Lori!!" Her head whipped to the right at the sound of her name being called. There stood her friend, waving her arm high in the air. Lori rushed over, a big smile on her face. "Stella! Hey, how have you been?" She glanced at what her Twi'lek friend was wearing. A pair of worn coveralls, tied at the waist by the sleeves and a simple tank top. "I can tell your not short on business." She gave a laugh. Stella only rolled her eyes, but led her friend towards the shop. "Nope! But I'l still up for giving you that ride towards Mantell, I'm passing it anyway on the trip." Lori and her talked for a bit, catching up as she watched Stella finish tuning up her ship. When it was all ready the two ladies got on board and made there way out of the atmosphere.
